Poor customer service and cleanliness

Dzhulia". Needless to say when I arrived nobody had looked at it, and they had overbookedy room type so I didn't even get what I paid for, dreadful service. I also complained to hotel about the wash basin and associated surface having not been cleaned, I got no response. One to avoid on the future.
