Great location and nice apartment. Kitchen has everything you need other than a dishwasher. The underfloor heating was broken on my first night but this has been fixed by the next day. Excellent.

Conveniently located and well appointed. Very noisy, high tech doesn't quite work - automatic light comes on in the bathroom at random times and security code access are not changed regularly, which is a significant concern.

Superficially nice but flawed design

The flat appeared nice and furniture was ok. The major problem is that the corridor light is on a movement sensor, with no door to the bed area the light kept turning itself on all through the night every time I turned over. There was no fuse box or light switch in the flat to disable the light. I emailed the company the morning after my stay and have received no response more than 2 weeks later hence the poor review.

A beautiful place really suitable for a family. Excellent service and very clean property had no issues

Great place!

It was great! The best place for ~100£ in Reading in this location. The rooms were clean and tidy, the furniture was modern and stylish. Location was perfect. It's self-checkin and checkout so it is very convenient.
