I was pleasantly surprised by the quality given the price. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. The staff were smiling and efficient. Check in was near instantaneous. Room key modern proximity RF type. The one-king room was spacious and included a small desk and office style chair. There was a microwave and dorm fridge. 52 inch TV was internet connected so basically all content is available over the free WiFi. Wall mounted thermostat worked perfectly. Bathroom is small, but efficient, and includes a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. Pristinely clean. Water pressure you could power wash a house with! Hot water for days! It’s also a hand-held type with multiple spray patterns so that’s always a nice feature. Bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home. I was unable to hear ANY neighbors, though there were plenty of cars in the lot. A final bonus: The hotel is very close to a railroad track. The Reading Railroad, I presume, all you Monopoly fans. Each time a train went by I could just barely hear it. That may bother some people, but I was delighted! It was NOT loud or intrusive. Because of the solid construction of the building it sounded very faint and far off. Truly cool. Cons: Parking lot is tight and not one you can drive through. Drawback when towing a trailer. Neighborhood is “iffy”. Not a place you go walking at night. If you go, say hi to "Fiona" at the desk. She'll laugh. 10.02.2024

We needed a clean close hotel as we were attending a concert in the area. This provided exactly what we needed since we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Found a cockroach on our bathroom floor when we checked in. Right next to a train track. Wont stay again.

Staff very accommodating and room clean. Breakfast is not great, and the check-in form asks its patrons to sign off on the capability to add charges after checkout based upon its discretion of the room condition which is extremely out of protocol.

I am a smoker, so when I went out i noticed the back door to the hotel does not fully close. I never had to use my keycard to get back in. And no matter how hard I tried to to pull it shut, the handle was almost coming off the hinge. So made sure I deadlocked and blocked the door, just to be safe.
