All the staff were brilliant. Room was lovely had everything you would want including a mini fridge and toiletries.
Bed was amazing so big and comfortable

Originally booked a cozy top floor room. On check-in, was told I had a room upgrade. Turned out my new room was noisy, near the front door and car park, on ground floor with corridor leading through to restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic, staff were great, easy check in, clean and tidy. Restaurant conservatory had beautiful views.
Also all the quiet areas in the bar area were perfect.
Highly recommended and will be returning.

We recently returned and stayed in a comfy double room last weekend.
Very well maintained hotel, room and facilities. The room was spotless. Great choice of indoor and outdoor seating and restaurant and bar services.
We were satisfied with the gym. We didn’t use the sauna and steam rooms this time.
Not the quietest of venues during event nights.

Attended for a wedding, got a huge room with a balcony, very clean, the hand wash and shower gels smelt amazing.
Perfect setting on the river. Will definitely be returning
