Overpriced for the amenities. Serious renovation is needed. Leaky shower, toilet and sink in our room 156. I would not stay again for $300 a night. Overpriced Staff is nice, friendly, and work hard!

All is set up for an enjoyable, worry free stay
We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive.

Experiência ótima! A proximidade entre a praia e as dependências do hotel é ótima. Colaboradores muito prestativos, educados e gentis. Buffet sempre bem servido, reposição constante, comida muita saborosa. Durante o dia bastante opções de entretenimento mas, acredito que poderiam ofertar mais opções noturnas, principalmente da cultura regional. As instalações são confortáveis e a localização privilegiada. A praia é maravilhosa! O nep kids é um sucesso a parte. Mas, a comida, é triste, pouca variedade e qualidade. A reposição é muito demorada e os restaurantes a la carte que precisam de agendamento a comida é ok, mas poderia abrir todos os restaurantes para o publico ao invés de super lotar os dois principais. Com as mesmas comidas e poucas opções. E filas para absolutamente tudo!!!

Foi MARAVILHOSO !!! Foi incrível! Recepção os funcionários muito atenciosos, limpeza dos quartos nota 10 para as camareiras, além de quartos arejados, grandes e silenciosos. Buffet café da manhã com muitas variedades, inclusive sou celíaco e tive muitas opções sem glúten. Almoço, todas as comidas no geral Simplesmente deliciosas, saborosas, restaurante também uma delícia! O churrasco na área da piscina fantástico! Bebidas? Nossa com direito a chopp e cervejas a escolher de todas as marcas. Vinhos tintos, branco, rose todos português com direito também aos Prosecco e espumantes, sem falar nos drinks a escolher!!! Lugar de paz! Super agradável! Além dos jogos, brincadeiras, academia, spa, praia… Fantástico!!!! NARAVILHOSO!!!! Nós já querendo voltar!!! Recomendamos a Estadia na Vila Galé
A estrutura é bem aconchegante e arejada. Conseguimos ficar todos os dias de frente para a praia com conforto e sombra. A praia é excelente, ao longo do dia na maré baixa formam-se piscinas e bancos de areia. Os atendentes são muito educados. Melhoria: o ambiente onde está o bar da recepção é muito barulhento, dá muito eco, então torna-se um local desagradável de permanecer.

Os funcionários são muito mal humorados!!! Na quinta-feira, sexta-feira e sábado que o resort está mais cheio a qualidade ficou pior pq tinha poucos funcionários para atender, muita fila para pegar bebidas e comidas!!!

Bom hotel mas preço elevado
Bom hotel, mas muito caro para o que oferece. Limpeza é insuficiente (baratas no quarto premium e depois um sapo). Wi-Fi de baixa qualidade e quase impossível de conectar com 4G/5G da operadora. Piscina muito boa e bom quantidade de atividades, principalmente para crianças. Restaurante com boa variedade de opções e temático (comida chinesa, japonesa, regional etc. dependendo do dia da semana). Praia excelente e quase privativa com muitas opções de passeio (lanha, jet-ski etc.). Estacionamento descoberta desencoraja quem for de carro próprio. Pouquíssimas placas de sinalização para chegar no local. No geral. Muito bom mas o, preço é muito elevado para o que oferece.

Atendimento nota mil, com uma boa estrutura.
Hotel excelente, atendimento do Henrique na recepção foi um grande diferencial, desde o check-in ao check-out. O hotel tem tudo o que você precisa para uma boa estadia, entretenimento para os adultos e crianças, ficamos em um quarto temático para crianças, uma coisa linda, minha filha adorou. Voltarei com certeza.

Ótimo hotel
A comida era farta e de ótima qualidade. O quarto era amplo e as camas muito confortáveis, porém precisava de manutenção, pois a pia nao fechava totalmente e ficava pingando. A privada é antiga e a descarga não tinha muita força e uma das portas do armário de correr estava fora do trilho.
