Gave it a four because it’s very loud with kids running around in pool, restaurant. Every weekend during summer full of kids due to tournaments. Pool is lined vs tile watch last step going in dangerous, hot tub small but great fall on shoulders. Floors in room is flooring so bring slippers, big bathrooms and room.

We loved the quality check on the rooms and we were greeted with cookies or apple. My kids loved it along with the pool/hot tub. We will be back for the winter months in hockey season.

Staff were lovley. Value was ok. Not the facilties fault but there was some kind of soccer tournament and we were there for 2 nights and couldnt even get near the pool. It was wild which would have been ok aside from how hot it was in our room.

Way over priced for what you get and the service is terrible. Booked a 4 night stay, they refused to take payment on check in, took payment for one night, then the next day told us they didn't have rooms available for our total stay and said we would have to check out a day early. Had to fight with them to get the original dates we had booked weeks in advance. On check out the total was nearly $300 more than they had told me when we checked in, over $1000 for 4 nights. Doesn't even have breakfast, plugs in the room didn't work, and fridge didn't even have a freezer section. Can get better service and amenities for less than half the price at other hotels. Never staying here again.
