Warm welcome at the front desk. Great room and easy access to the pool and spa. We enjoyed our stay.

Good value for cost. Name change and signage not clear.
Otherwise will stay again.

Stayed for 2 days and they stole my beverages I had in the fridge and my breakfast vouchers off the counter. I just went to check out and everything was gone.
Front desk worker was too busy assuming the issue then listening to the problem. Never even bothered to take down my name or number for mgmt.

Room upgrade are not available (maybe understandable) because they said they are fully booked. Our room have a horrible view the only thing that you can see is the other windows from other rooms. The welcome drinks are available only between 5-10pm and you have to ask it from the front desk and grab it from restaurant- how can you say it is a welcome beverage? and the breakfast vouchers are not available until 10pm .
