The AC wasnt cooling off the room. The tenperature was extremy hot in the entire hotel Beds were not confortable

The hotel was very outdated and dirty. We had to move rooms because the first one was so dirty and the bathroom had visibly been used prior to our arrival. It smelled very strong like old cigarettes. Will never stay here again.

Door card only worked some of the time. TV would not turn off. Toilet worked only if handle was depressed for some seconds.

It’s definitely an older hotel but decent value for a family. The pool is small but the water slide is great. Not all the outlets worked and a couple lights were out. But it’s cheap and our son loved the bunk beds. Super close to sylvan.
