Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe listing wasnt quite accurate. There is no hottub. Also i feel that it should be stated that there cant be a fire. The hosts were able to communicate easily so that was helpful. There was also only 2 trash bags. So it was hard to take the trash out. We also found trash from previous stays... land is pretty and area is peaceful. Overall it was a good stay.

The listing has been reviewed for accuracy and it is very accurate, we do not advertise as having a hot tub or fire pit.
We have never had a hot tub at Black Bear Hollow, and we have never advertised it as having one. Larimer County has a strict policy of no fire pits in short term rentals, there has never been a fire pit and this is clearly explained in the listing description. Extra trash bags are provided in the cabinet under the microwave. There wasn’t trash from previous stays because we make sure of this. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the peacefulness of the property and we wish you safe travels.
