Quiet property with country feel and decor. Manager pleasant and helpful. Ok for one night stay. Walls could definitely use a new coat of paint and building could use updating . Overall pleasant stay.

The property was very run down. The furniture abd bedding was worn out, there was a second door in the room that was apparently for emergencies, it was boarded up so I couldnt see out. I felt very unsafe and left immediately even though I had paid in full.

I am very sorry you were dissatisfied with the room. Most of the time if a guest has a problem with something they will notify me. I'm sorry you didn't do this. We are not a fancy place and don't claim to be. We do all we can to please our guests, but I don't think there would have been anything to make things right for you. I wish you would have given me a chance to do so.

Publié le 10 août 2023 sur HotelsThe room was clean however had a very must smell and the toilet was dirty and broken. There was minimal interaction with the staff only at check in. The cost was high for a run down motel.

My apologies for the problem you had at Jenny's. As far as interaction with my guests, I am available at all times if the guest needs me for anything at all. I try not to bother my guests. If you had a problem with the room, you just needed to let me know and I would do what I could to take care of the problem.
