Wonderful 2 bed 2 bath condo
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVisited Red River to participate in the Enchanted Circle Bicycle Ride. This condo was well maintained and stocked with all bath and kitchen amenities. Located in the far western part of Main Street which was walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Will not stay there again !!!!!!
Publié le 15 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had to clean the countertops before we use them. Dirty socks in the living room . Did not receive email on check in info . Took about an hour to find anyone that knew anything!!!!!’ Will not stay there again .

Connie, it is our mission to provide a 5-star experience for all our guests, and we are disappointed that this property was not a fit for you.
- We have verified with Evolve that you were sent the check-in instructions through their pre-stay email on 8/10. This included all you needed to get into our home as well as the phone numbers in case you had any issues. I have also confirmed that you did not reach out to Evolve for any such issues.
- We have cleaners who follow a list of items to be cleaned and checked between every guest's booking. They are very efficient and do a great job, we have never had this complaint from our past guests. If you had any issues we could have been contacted and we would have been happy to come and take care to make your trip a great experience.
- To all potential guests, this review is one in twenty. We have had numerous guests who have enjoyed their stay in our home and have written kind words and given us 5 stars. Not every visit was perfect but they reached out and we were there. We pride ourselves on good customer service and do everything we can for each guest.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can.
