The property is in dire need of maintenance. We noticed the towels were dirty (black lint on white towels and vice versa), the toilet paper roll was broken, the shower door was heavily jammed and its rod broke as soon as we attempted to slide the door, the closet had no door, the hair dryer did not work, the TV remote did not work, the dishwasher was too old. The check in is late (after 4 pm). Be prepared to do some work before the morning check out. The host expects you to load the dishwasher, start a load of towels and strip the linens off all used beds. There was a $60 insurance we were forced to purchase for our 2 night stay (or a refundable deposit of $1500). Given the poor condition of the units, I am not surprised they are enforcing such conditions.

My sister lives in this neighborhood, so it was a no-brainer that we would want to stay here. Very convenient to downtown Redding. The listing is not very clear as I didn't find out that the studio apartment (door A) is included in the overall price of the rental. PLEASE independently verify this, but it makes the price a little more reasonable for the space. The midcentury look is great, but the home also has older electrical outlets that made plugging in modern tech a little tricky. Kitchen and bathroom are great, beds were comfortable, house was clean when we arrived. Comm with prop manager was quick. Recommend.

I was there for one week of immersion at BSSM and it was incredible! The sunset view from the backyard is gorgeous! The property was very clean. The only thing was the requirements before check out. They asked us to do the laundry etc. which I was not expecting being in the hospitality industry for decades…

Our family wanted to visit Lassen National Park and Burney Falls. We found this new property listing and took a chance. The property turn out to be a great fit for us! The house was very clean and comfortable with enough rooms for all of us plus the laundry room was extremely convenient. Just as advertised. We had a great stay.
