Izzy was amazing upon check in she was very helpful and just all around a joy to engage with. The location was conveniently located. And had a little river canal that was just behind the hotel which made for an amazing view from our rooms windows. If we ever find ourselves in Redmond again we’ll definitely be back!

The property was located near the venue that I was attending. It was nice and quiet.

This was a two night stay for business. The room light switch was glitchibg, slow to turn on, however, for me it was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was complimentary and it was just right, the lady managing the kitchen was attentive. The desk staff was great as well. Would stay here again.

I liked the river right beside the hotel and the breakfast. I didn’t like the construction at 7:30am, the workout room and pool were closed, the stained/torn couch, the dented/broken lampshade, only one bedside lamp worked, the stairs were closed and on terrible condition, and the hallway ceiling was exposed.

Thank you for your feedback, Tamara. I am not sure when this stay was, but we have no current active construction. We will be finishing up our renovation in the next few months and all the things you mentioned are things we plan to fix! We hope you'll give us another chance the next time you come through town.

The price was decent on Expedia. The new lobby was nice and the employees were nice. We couldn’t get our key card to work. Our room had a massive bush right up against the window and there was garbage right outside our window as well.
