Smelly and noisy. No peace don't go.
Publié le 16 sept. 2023 sur HotelsThis hotel is beautiful. Pictures are accurate. BUT smell and sounds are the problems here. There was a terrible sewer smell. And the AC equipment on the roof next to windows made extreme non-stop noise. They know this so they provide ear plugs -and- a white noise machine!!! Go somewhere else.

Here is some tips for next time that you might find helpful; Book in advance, when you book in advance you can usually secure a lower rate ahead of time. Ask if an upgrade is available upon check in, We aim to please! Lastly, We offer Fair Trade Pricing which basically means if the price doesnt match the quality, we will make it right for you!

This was such a stunning hotel. It felt like you weren't in a hotel room but like in a spa. It was peaceful and quiet.

Everything was fine but parking. Staff says the academy allows hotel guests to use the spots but I wasn’t sure so I parked in public parking across the road. It would be preferred if the hotel would place signs that state where their parking is.
