Strong unpleasant smell especially in the hallways from I believe cleaning products. Old style round toilet vs the elongated type. The bathroom fan was loud.

Pushy sales people

The fridge stopped working at some point and they wouldn’t return my messages about that. The bedding was stained or not cleaned at all. Will not stay at a world mark ever again.

Not great on cleanliness
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe checked in and were brought to two separate people, telling us we were finishing up our check in, failed to tell us they were signing us up for a time share thing to attend until after it was all said and done. We were there for three days for our daughter's basketball tournament and had little time to sit in a 60-90 min sales pitch. Get to our room and start looking around, pull out bed has pee stains all over it, our bed had hair all over it, and I don't mean arm or head hair. I will not go back again after this weekend. We picked eagle Crest because a lot of people recommended it. Sad it had to be such a bad experience.
