Continuous guest at the property. The owners are wonderful. The front desk check in is easy, quick, and efficient. The hotel itself is clean. They replaced all beds recently and upgraded the hotel rooms. Only downfall is quality of items within the room. Depending on the room I get for the week, it has been noted to have towel racks hanging out of the wall by one side, leaking shower faucet, new blinds are falling apart, and a musty old smoke smell. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that the smell can bed removed relating to the age of the building. Overall though, any issues that have been noted always are addressed. Safe, clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Need to turn on all the lights in the parking. One side next to Culver’s we’re not on. Our bedroom needed a thorough dusting behind the easy chair. Handle in shower needs to be replaced. You shouldn’t be able to go to hot both ways. And then it’s hard to get water to completely stop dripping. Toilet isn’t attached to the floor very well & moves. Toilet seat also needs to be tightened. Being in the pet friendly room ( which I thoroughly loved) it had no carpeting which is much better than carpets that could be dirty, the door allowed light from the hallway to enter all night from hallway. Safety bar on door didn’t secure anything as door lock has been changed & it had nothing to lock onto. Did appreciate the new front doors being installed & the front desk managers were great. I really appreciated the help we had with checking in @ night. Great guy. Would’ve been nice to have liquid cream with coffee, as the powdered type has lots of chemicals. They do make creams in small servings that do not need refrigeration. Not flavored ones( just a suggestion). Didn’t have time to appreciate the pool, but it looked great. Was a nice stay, but our room wasn’t that quiet with the door not reaching the floor. And it was advertised as new sound proofing. Heard everything in the hallway as people walked by, but didn’t hear our neighbors.

The hotel was in a really good convenient area. A Culver’s restaurant across the parking lot was very handy. Room was a good size and in good repair. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was accommodating and breakfast was very good. Love the indoor pool and spa. Hotel was dog friendly. Would recommend to family and friends. Was about 12 miles to Wisconsin dells, and Baraboo Wisconsin.

Dripping faucets, stained ceiling, tub full of caulking, hair in shower, sink faucet not operating properly, hot and cold reversed and difficult to use.
