The staff was super friendly upon check-in and gave us information about their breakfast option. The breakfast offered was awesome and a great start to our day! We will be return customers.

Only room available was ground floor by the elevator. I had a 4 am wake up and asked if there was an alternative. I got a ground floor at the end of the corridor but the jacuzzi tub was broken , as in tiles falling off. It was late so I took it. The rest of the room was clean and tidy, but very dated in decor and not extras at all. I paid $250 for this room. I would not recommend.

Hotel was a bit worn and tired although clean. There was not much in the area.

This place was not up to my cleanliness standards. I’m a clean freak. The pool was dirty and not heated as stated in the description. The room had a funky smell and corners of the room and bathroom were overlooked when cleaning. The bathroom had a hole in the wall. The pillows were flat. Could not get comfortable. Also all night I hear doors opening and closing in the hall disrupting my sleep. The breakfast was decent.

Our room had water damaged ceiling. Just not what I expected it when I booked the room. I understand things happen, but it’s a business . Block out that room and fix it

We book this room with the idea of rest after long day at Penn state. We find dogs barking, (the hotel allow dogs) we didn't know dogs were allow. people taking and fighting early morning. The room got a electric open panel without door. We paid high fee for the room since is moving day at Penn we regret it and cancel the reservation for family weekend

My door was next to the check in station . It was loud I had someone above me very noisy.
