Room was recently remodeled clean and cozy. Outside of the hotel it could be easy to judge but when u walk in its like wow

Didn’t like being in a room with a jacuzzi. Water cups would be nice. Otherwise it was ok.

We got there later than expected and it does state that the latest you can check in is 10 o’clock but when I got there the sign did say open I went into the little lobby. I rang the bell three times, knocked on the door and knocked on the window. The TV was on. Nobody answered, I called the phone number on the window no answer. I called the phone number on their website no answer. Finally a guy came out from a room and he helped me. He was very nice. The room did have a smell that did not go away for the three days we were there, the ceiling has some water spots, there was spiderwebs on the windows and lights inside. The bathtub had a green ring around the tub. Shower pressure was awesome but the shower head was very low the bed was comfortable sheets and towels were clean. The cleaning lady came and offered new towels and more toilet paper the second day we were there. You do have to ask for an iron. The lady I spoke with, was very nice. Everybody was very pleasant.

It was very dirty. We had to wait an hour after the check in time to actually check in because staff had not even started cleaning our room. When she did start cleaning the room a gentleman smoking a black & mild cigar walks into our room and I guess just helped her clean. Just a weird experience overall.
