The only thing we are not loving is the slow wifi connection but everything is just awesome! Front desk staff are amazing! Breakfast staff is so attentive on refilling the breakfast buffet. Room is clean as well as the bathroom. Highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay!

The room was spotless, really comfortable bed and pillows, didn’t hear any noise from other rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I’ve stayed in two other hotels near this one in the last 6 weeks. This one will be my first choice going forward.

2nd time that I have booked a room on Hotels.com and paid in advance and then at checkout the front desk refused to give me a receipt showing a zero balance! They ask for my credit card upon arrival so I expect a receipt showing I owe a zero balance. this is frustrating to have to argue with a front desk person for a receipt. Also this hotel as many others with a complementary breakfast has so much waste in paper plates, plastic glasses, cutlery,etc. They even had a waste basket with a recyclying opening - it all went into the same trash bag!

Extremely happy friendly helpful staff, front desk, restaurant and bar and cleaning staff. London Belle is an excellent restaurant/bar with a great atmosphere and terrific food. The continental breakfast was great as well.
