Great space to spread out for family of 4 adults - some minor issues
This home had everything we needed to spread out as a family of four adults. Comfortable beds and nice to have a king and two queens. The back deck was a nice feature. Overall, the cleanliness could have been improved and a review of needed maintenance is suggested. Value was moderate since it was one of the pricier properties in Regina. We couldn’t access the garage without scraping the bottom of our car due to steep entrance ramp, but on street parking was available nearby. An SUV may have worked better. Our host was very responsive and check-in was easy.

Absolutely beautiful property. Host checked in regularly with details to ensure that we were comfortable & was very professional. Only thing that concerned me was that the sidewalk to the garage in the backyard was very icy. I would definitely stay again whenever I am back in the city!! :)

We enjoyed our stay however there is room for improvement. Location was great and accommodation was very good. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. However the cleanliness could be better. Also we found that the appliances need to be repaired or replace, the stove top was damaged and dirty and would not maintain temperature. The fridge had broken shelves, the water and ice machine didn’t work. Having a place to park the car out of the weather was a bonus and the beds were very comfortable. The house had tenants in the basement that were very noisy and cook late into the night that causing the odour to flow through the house, and caused the fire alarm to go off. All and all we felt the accommodations where very acceptable and please with the owners of the home.

Great layout & location
This was ideal for our stay. The home has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms and all the amenities. The home was very clean, and the location was great. The property manager/owner was great, left no questions upon arrival. Would recommend this home for sure!
