Quick and easy check in. The mattress was older model/style. The mini fridge made very loud noises the entire time. It took several hours for the room to heat up.

Staff seemed disinterested in the guests, had to interrupt their conversations to get attention. The location of the facility is great but the hotel itself is very dated. Needs to be completely redone.

Hotel MEH...showing its age. Staff sub par

Checked in, checked the room, and checked our view. We were in a corner room so our balcony was getting all of the water from the air conditioners above on to our balcony. We notified the staff that you were getting Splash back from air conditioners above and are un able to use the balcony. They said "We will look into it give us 2 hours and will call you with an update." We went about our way and never got an update. When we came back and asked what was the outcome they said "It was fixed" They WERE VERY Short and projected they were annoyed and did not really care. Unfortunately, we're going to look into other hotels this one in particular is starting to show its age and we don't feel welcome. We've been coming here for 5 years and it just continues to decline in amenities as well as the respect of the staff. $300 off season is quite pricey for the inconvenience we had to put up with.
