Welcome to your ideal family friendly vacation home in beautiful Rehoboth Beach! Our spacious townhouse offers the perfect retreat for families and groups seeking a relaxing beach escape. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 luxurious master suites (one located on the first floor and one upstairs, both with king-size beds), 3.5 baths, a cozy loft with a futon and desk—just in case work is calling—and ample living space, our home comfortably accommodates everyone. We also provide a pack and play for our littlest guests and a new large mid-century modern sectional sofa in the living room for added comfort. Wi-Fi is very strong and available in all rooms for your streaming devices.

Also next door you will find Fresh Market (excellent for quality groceries or last-minute dinner takeout) and in the same complex you will find a Wawa, just in case you need to charge your electric car! Modern Comforts: We have a comfortable open floor plan and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with courtesy essentials like sugar and spices. We provide a variety of small appliances for your convenience, including a rice maker, waffle maker, pancake griddle, express egg cooker, citrus juicer, and more!

Recent Upgrades: The house has been beautifully renovated, featuring stylish new furniture, updated light fixtures, and fresh throw rugs in the living and dining areas, ensuring a modern and inviting stay.

Outdoor Spaces: Relax on our screened patio or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table next to the patio. As a courtesy, the garage is stocked with beach and pool toys, games, extra small appliances, coolers, and both gas and charcoal grills. We ask that if you use these items and something is damaged or broken, please repair or replace it so the next guests can have the same amenities. Before you check out, please return all items to where you found them. An adorable new "retro" refrigerator for beverages is also available in the garage.

Convenient Transportation: From Memorial Day to Labor Day, take advantage of the Dart bus service that picks up just across from our neighborhood entrance. With shuttles running every 15-20 minutes to the beach, movies, outlets, and more, your group can easily explore the area without worrying about parking. For those who prefer driving or walking, our quaint town is just 1 mile away.

Easy Check-In: Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry with our keypad access, making your check-in process smooth and hassle-free. You will be emailed a welcome letter before your stay with check-in information.

Extra Amenities:

Family-Friendly Features: As long as they are taken care of by our guests, we provide courtesy bikes for exploring the area, beach chairs for your comfort, noodles for the pool, and a variety of toys and games for children. We ask that if you use these items and something is damaged or broken, you repair or replace it so the next guests can have the same amenities.

Dining: Enjoy family meals at our dining table, which features two extensions to accommodate larger groups. In total, there are three tables, including both a patio and an outdoor dining table, offering 16 chairs between inside and outside, a red bench in garage as well as 2 bar stools for added seating.

Additional Information:

Rental Policies: Please note that we cannot accommodate parties under the age of 25, and pets are not allowed per homeowners association guidelines. Our rental periods are Friday to Friday during the summer, with 3-day weekend rentals available for Memorial Day and Labor Day. To ensure that our homes remain in excellent condition for all our guests, we kindly request that groups do not exceed 8-10 people. Please note that we do not accommodate parties or groups whose primary intention is to celebrate. Our rental is intended for responsible guests who will treat the property with care and consideration.

Additionally, please be aware that our neighborhood observes quiet hours, and we encourage all guests to respect both the home and the community, including the pool area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Linens and Paper Products: We kindly ask that you bring your own linens and paper products due to the nature of seasonal rentals and frequent turnovers. You can rent linens and many other vacation items at Gale Force Rentals or 227 Rentals. We may be able to arrange bed linens with our cleaning people for a fee of $150, please inquire if interested. *NOTE; each bed has black waterproof mattress and pillow protectors. Please be sure to cover with your personal bedding and do not sleep on these. Thank you.

Safety Reminder for Grill Use: To ensure the safety of our home, it is crucial to position the grill at least 6 feet away from the house and any other structures. This precaution helps prevent damage to the exterior. Any heat-related damage will be deducted from the tenant’s deposit.
