Never again

First day check-in was at 4:00pm by 4:15 I was on the phone with Vacasa about numerous issues with the property. The guest room mattress had a huge brown stain on it, the pull out sofa had food crumbs, silverware left in the sink, black mold on the shower,2 out of the 3 smoke detectors were completely missing and had wires hanging from the ceiling. The most frustrating part was it took almost 3/4 of a day to be contacted by the property manager. For that reason alone I’m hesitant to ever book thru Vacasa again. The place was extremely filthy. I will end with this though, the property manager did make good and refund our entire trip so that was really the only positive experience we had. The restaurant below was extremely loud until about 10:30pm but no fault of Vacasa as we knew this when we booked our stay. Just a heads up

Great location, great porch!

The location was fantastic and a quick 10 minute walk with two toddlers. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher but we knew they didn’t since it wasn’t in the listing. The outdoor porch was wonderful. Thanks so much

Great location
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpace was just enough for family of four. The location was perfect-short walk to the ocean and great restaurants and boardwalk. The master bed wasn't that comfortable-could use a mattress cushion. The kitchen could use more cups and plates and there definitely needs to be an umbrella on the big porch. Hard to use the space during the day.

Excellent apartment but inaccurate listing

But unfortunately, there was one major issue that ruined our stay - the listing said that there would be beach chairs and an umbrella in the apartment, but they weren't there. We specifically didn't bring our own because the listing said we didn't need to. I called Vacasa customer service on our second day and was told that someone would get back to me about it, but no one followed up with me. I was very pregnant with back problems and sitting directly on the sand was painful for me, so this really ruined our beach time. There are some chair rental stands on the beach, but they weren't always open when we were there, plus we didn't want to pay extra money for something that was supposed to be included. At the end of our stay I emailed Vacasa to tell them about the problem and again, they said that someone would follow up with me, but no one did. This was really disappointing, especially because it was otherwise such a nice apartment.

Great town and beach location!
Publié le 15 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayExtremely convenient to the beach, shopping and food. All walkable. Came during the end of the off season so no need to pay for parking and there were no crowds. Bring beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella if needed. Living room with pullout couch had its own door so could be used as bedroom. Only 1 above sink mirror in bathroom so be prepared if needed. Highly recommend location due to its convenience.

Publié le 13 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat spot in that is a few steps from tons of place to go in Rehoboth. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, DogFish etc. Communication was easy as well.
