Beautiful Christmas decorations, a large fire place in the library and people couldn't be any more pleasant.

The people are nice, but that’s where it ends. Our room was damp, there was mold in the carpet, and the toilet was so small that we actually used the public bathrooms off the lobby. During our stay there were plumbing problems and we were subjected to constant banging from the neighboring room. It turned out their door was broken and they had to slam it repeatedly to get it to close. The free breakfast has a wonderful selection of poorly cooked food. I generally do not like to trash a property, but this place needs a lot of help. I’d steer clear….

The property was 3 blocks to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is gorgeous and the room was beautiful and comfortable. They breakfast which is included and a great food too we had the Crab cake dinners . It was absolutely delicious !! I will recommend to all of my friends & family !!

I didn't think any of the staff were very attentive. Had to wait a while to check in because one person at the desk though a busy weekend and he was on phone. At check out there were 2 and it still wasn't very quick . Breakfast and spa services were confusing--had to tell them coffee was out, plastic cups for water at spa were out....housekeeping barged in at 11:05 (realize we were running late). For a $500 night rate, I just felt it could have been better.

I thought it was a nice place for a short getaway; I didn't like that I was put on the second floor without an elevator. They should also add a heater to their outdoor pools.
