Modern Reliance Cabin

Welcome to our modern cabin getaway in Reliance Tenn. you’ll wake up to nature with the open concept living room filled with natural light from the wall of windows. After eating breakfast you can grab some kayaks and walk down to the water as we are within walking distance.
Enjoy the 2 acres to yourself with plenty of space for parking the families vehicles and kids to play in the yard.
If you don’t bring your own boat or jet skid, the marina has all kinds of rentals available for use.

Our cabin is 1200sqft with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The downstairs hosts the kitchen with stainless appliances and all the essentials needed.
A living room with two sofa beds that fold out for additional sleeping spaces along with a 50” smart tv.
A dining area with table and chairs.
Master bedroom with king size bed and 40” smart tv.
Full bathroom with access from master or living area.
Pool table.
Up the stairs you’ll find a seating area to enjoy coffee looking out of the large wall of windows.
The second room with two full bunk beds and 40” smart tv.

Train ride and river view!
We rented this cabin while enjoying the train ride around the hiwassee loop. The cabin overlooks the river and is brand new and peaceful. The front porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the river.

Perfect little get away
We came to visit my cousin who lives just down the street. It was the perfect home for our family of three. Clean and tidy. Thankful for the Wi-Fi so we could contact family while we were there. Our toddler son definitely appreciated the Disney+ feature in the tvs. Next time we come to visit family again we know where we want to stay!
