You can choose between hiking the Appalachian Trail, visiting Hershey Park, or playing a round at Lebanon Valley Golf Course just down the road. Our 3 bedroom house is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated, with central air conditioning and heating for your comfort. As your hosts, we look forward to sharing our slice of country with you!

Great house and neighborhood

We had a great two night stay. House is clean and exactly as you see it in the photos. Nice quiet neighborhood. Host was quick to respond and even left us a loaf of homemade sourdough bread. Highly recommend.

Great rental and owners!

The owners of this rental were very communicative. They answered all my questions and were very helpful before my stay. It snowed around 8 inches in the town the day before my arrival and the owners had the road cleared for me to get in without any problems. Wonderful place to stay too! Great layout and interior design.

Absolutely Delightful Getaway

Apple Lane Getaway was homey, clean, and welcoming! It suited our needs perfectly. Everything was immaculately clean and there were homey touches to every room! Our host even brought over a new lighter (when we were having trouble using the lighter in the house) so that we can enjoy the fire pit with our family! Highly recommended!!! Would visit again!

Gilmore Girls Getaway

We attended the Schaefferstown Farm -Pop Up Stars Hollow Event (Gilmore Girls) and wanted to stay close by to attend all 3 days. We found this little gem which was located just a town away! It was super convenient going back and forth to the festival. The house was beautifully decorated, we each had our own room. Plenty of space for lounging and having fun! The dining table was perfect to complete a 1000 piece puzzle. We made great memories and the owners paid attention to all of the little details down to the homemade bread 🍞 when you arrive! Quiet setting with a wonderful host

Such a wonderful host and a wonderful home, it would make HGTV proud! Shelia has thought of the little things that make the home so welcoming from the water in the refrigerator to the sweet treats through out the home. The washer/dryer came in handy with the length of time that we were on the road visiting family. Seeing lightening bugs in the front yard was also a fun treat. We had an amazing stay!

Feels like home

Apple Lane is a gem of a stay in Berks County. It allowed us to be close to family and events we needed to attend. The house is well appointed. It has all the comforts of home. It might be one of the best equipped kitchens that we've encountered. We highly recommend this property and this host.

Relax and refressh

A very relaxing and refreshing stay. Enjoyed the downtime of being away from home. We only ventured out to Patches creamery for ice cream and to see the animals. Would recommend if you are looking to get away for a quiet time. First VRBO home that have very comfortable bed, thank you so much!

Quiet retreat

I had a wonderful, quiet and relaxing stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The coffee and homemade bread were a wonderful surprise. I found the location to be very convenient as it was under an hour to Lancaster, even less to Harrisburg, with many places to explore within 5-20 min. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay

I can’t say enough about this property and the host Sheila. Prior to arriving Sheila reached out asking if we needed the sofa bed or table extended which I found so thoughtful. Then upon arrival we were surprised by a fresh load of sourdough bread which was absolutely delish. It was also stocked with coffee and some snacks . The house was clean and just as pictured at a great location. We were visiting for the weekend to go to Koziar Christmas village which was only a short 18 minute drive . I absolutely recommend this property and look forward to when we go back .
