The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The food was excellent. It was nice staying close to the airport and downtown. We didn't have to be around the gambling atmosphere and smoking.

I love this hotel and have stayed there before. But this time they let me down. Over a month before my arrival, I reserved a king size bed and requested a handicap room for my husband. When we arrived, they didn't have either. My husband was not able to take a shower because he can't step into a bathtub, and it didn't have any safety grab bars. Also, this time the food for our breakfast was cold.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. The fruit selection was high quality and fresh and the area was kept well stocked and clean. The room was clean, comfortable and large enough for an adult and 5 kids! The staff was hit or miss as far as friendliness but everyone did their jobs well. I appreciated that the addition of our dog was only $75 for the 3 night stay vs. the $50 per night at the competing hotel. We felt very welcome with our pup, which was especially appreciated. Would recommend heating the pool - it was quite cold, considering the warmth of the room. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area! It's a great value and convenient to Lake Tahoe, Reno, etc. Well done!
