Horrible! Filthy room. Bathroom had mold and grime. Bath tub appeared to have water under the insert so standing on it for a shower was like standing on a trampoline. VERY unstable and disgusting. Pillows were scarce and tiny. We asked for more and accompanied the person to get them but he was unable to get into the laundry and told me to try again in an hour. When we did so we were given bare pillows with no pillow cases. This matched the bed which lacked blanket an/or comforter. It was made with only one fitted sheet and two top sheets which were so threadbare you could see through them … in between the stains! The room was also quite cold and the area felt unsafe. The only two things this place had going for it are that it was close to the airport and had hot water. DO NOT STAY HERE!

In places where they were not discolored and stained! The room was also quite cold and the area felt unsafe. The only two thing d this place had going. For it are that it was close to the airport and had hot water. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room had a bad Oder. Bed and covers hard and uncomfortable.

The room was filthy upon arriving. It looked like it had not been cleaned in years. There was dust in the vents of the air conditioner. There was mold in the bathtub and spill stains on the wall floors.

After paying in advance on Expedia, I arrived at 10pm and they had no rooms. They asked me and some other people trying to check in, to wait half an hour while they cleaned the rooms. After about 45 minutes they did give me a room.
The hot water tap in the shower didn't even turn on and the sheets had a crusty brown substance on them, I hope it was chocolate but I doubt it. I went back to the front desk and they apologized and said they would have another room ready in 20 minutes. I declined and said I wanted a refund and would go somewhere else.
They said they couldn't refund me, and the desk clerk refused to even give me his name. Ultimately I simply left and raised the issue with Expedia. Expedia now says they cannot reach the hotel at all. This is a low cost airport property and I didn't expect much, but the experience was truly terrible.
