My room smalled like dog piss smh

Tv kept malfunctioning. Floor was dirty. Room has a lingering smoke smell

We were put into a handy cap room. The tolite was not handy cap size very little furniture. People waking and talking vary loud out side room at 1 AM. Have stayed here before with the same problem.
