Our stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing. Our "non-smoking room" reeked of cigarette smoke. When we asked for a new room, Ranna at the front desk was rude and dismissive. The second and third rooms also smelled of smoke. I returned to the manager, Kimberly, demanding a room that had been checked for smoke beforehand. Throughout this ordeal, not once did she apologize for their mistake or show any concern for my health. It took nearly an hour for someone to inspect another room. Additionally, there was hair in the bathtub, and it took over an hour and half to finally secure a clean, smoke-free room. The staff's rude and unprofessional behavior was infuriating. When I requested extra pillows at 8 pm, none arrived even after two hours, and I was then informed they were out of pillows. This level of service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Huge hotel and casino in Sparks, Nevada. Beautiful views from the 23rd floor. Big comfortable beds. Very clean. My only suggestion is they should replace shower head with one that can be removed and used other than on ones head.

The room was dirty and playing roulette a couple roaxhes ran on the table the dealer asked me to smash them with my napkin. I JUST GOT UP AND LEFT SORRY FOR A $40 resort fee.

I paid extra for a in room spa but got a tub with hair in it ,I decided not to use it as clenliness was obviously ignored and charged a 40 dollar resort fee. i will look for another resort next trip.

We just wanted a place to sleep for tge night and this was the best stay. For the price i can't complain at all. Staff were great and rooms were clean. When i go beck to Reno, which maybe soon, I will ise this Hotel.

Woman who worked late afternoon valet was rude. Argumentative, and outright not meant to be a customer service rep. I was not the only one she treated poorly. She was rude on the phone to someone and 3 other people waiting in line. We paid our fee of $10 in the morning to go to our granddaughter graduation at UNR. When we went to pick up our car to go to dinner she wouldn’t give me my car until I paid a second time. She should be fired. She caused an embarrassing scene.
