Publié le 13 avr. 2018 sur Hotelshotel très bruyant et vieillissant. la propreté laisse à désirer moquette sale la baignoire avait des traces de savon séché ainsi que des cheveux le petit déjeuner est vraiment à améliorer pas d'assiette pour se servir et personne pour en fournir, la pate à gauffre faite à la vite vite plein de grumeaux et appareil vétuste à éviter

The kind hearted staff from the top with Rachel all the way down to maintenance. never put an opinion to something onto something without seeing it for yourself.

Not a clean/ family friendly hotel
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsLocation is good but the room is completely smoke smell and even though I requested a family/ non smoking room. Floor is very sticky. Overall very poor in condition.

Thank you for your feedback. We ae saddened to hear that you weren't happy with your stay. We are a non-smoking facility. Every guest must initial our non-smoking policy upon check in. If they smoke in the room they are subject to a 250 fine. Rest assured we are taking measures to correct the problem and prevent future occurrences.

I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.

Hotel Not!!
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsWhen I looked at it, it looked good in pictures. I would NOT recommend this hotel to reserve to anyone. The room was way overpriced for the condition and type.
The light in the bathroom went off and on. The walls looked like someone had urinated on them. The curtains were coming off of the rail and I slept on the bed not in it. $600.00 for 4 nights was the Circus Circus price. I should have stayed there. And the smell of marijuana was everywhere. Unable to add the pictures I have. Sorry. This app never lets me add photos.
