hotel très bruyant et vieillissant. la propreté laisse à désirer moquette sale la baignoire avait des traces de savon séché ainsi que des cheveux le petit déjeuner est vraiment à améliorer pas d'assiette pour se servir et personne pour en fournir, la pate à gauffre faite à la vite vite plein de grumeaux et appareil vétuste à éviter

Worst stay experience

Worst experience ever. Even Wi-Fi was not working and smoking everywhere.

Very clean and great staff. This area gets a lot of street noise on the weekends. Lots of loud car stereos, engine noise, and squealing tires at all hours. I would stay here again, but not during an event.

Not in a safe sorrounding,, old building,, inside the room bad smell previous occupants were smokers,, the smell of smoke was really bad unable to breath thirty bathroom with stains, old toilet, old bathtub,, old mattress,,the pictures on your website were not even close to what I saw a this place,, on you website is promoted that rooms have balcony which is not true,,, I didn’t stayed at this place not even 1 night eventhou my reservation were for 4 nights,, I was told by front desk that I was going to get money back for at least 3 days,, and sooo far I haven’t received anything sooo it was a lie

Went here with my partner, when we checked in the lady attending us was so rude and was just staring at us. Property is so bad. The room wasn’t cleaned while we stayed there. We asked the cleaning lady if she could give us clean towels and said no so we went to the front office just for clean towels. I don’t know how this place is still open. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only good thing is that is in down town of Reno.

Not worth the money, TV sucks, bed sucks, bathroom sucks, and the wifi sucks. unexpected fees they hold $100 for like a month before they finally release the " deposit" feels more like a way for them to scam your bank information to be honest go anywhere else but here rather sleep in my truck next time just a fair warning STAY AWAY!!
