Horrible internet connection despite calling tech support. Also bad, stale odor in the room. Had to go to front desk to request odor eliminator spray. They gave the spray to us rather than coming to check out the room.
This has the feel of a low budget hotel but the price wasn’t low budget.

The room was nice but not what I booked, wasnt told at check in it was a different room. Didnt check in until almost 2 am so I didnt go back down to talk to anyone. When I checked out in the morning the woman who I spoke with was very rude about the situation. Gave no apologies either, just blame it on the other employees.
