Owner is very difficult and unresponsive when reaching out. Basic items not not provided and when contacted, owner got defensive and stated a home inspector would be sent. Never received items, inspector or response after multiple requests for update. Also charged $30.00 a night for parking garage when it’s free on the weekend.

Unit itself has very cheap towels, all furniture was scuffed, floors were damaged/scuffed, walls stained or scuffed but dishes, utensils, and bedding was quite clean and nice-

It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy.

A must stay when in DC

Ms. Bushra and her team are incredible. I always enjoy my stay at this property. Convenient, Clean and affordable. This property is my home away from home.
