A good 3 star hotel.
We thought we were getting a king sized room with a jetted tub, but ended up with a queen size (that was firmer than I would have liked) and a bubble up tub that didn't work. It is an older hotel and shows its age. The breakfast was okay, but not great with limited choices. The shower was great. It was a good location in town close to most of the things we wanted to do.

The staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable. The bath tub was dirty, . We stayed for 3 nights, no room cleaning had to ask for clean towels and take our own trash out and ask for trash bags. Pool and hot tub were great.

Avoid this one
This hotel seems like it started out as something else and then was turned into a hotel. The room had such an odd layout and was TINY. Beds were so hard that we ended up purchasing a mattress pad from a local store to put on top of the mattress to make it more bearable. This was a last minute trip for us, so our options were somewhat limited. The price was different high for the quality of this hotel, but all hotels in Rexburg seem very overpriced to me.

The service is always good here and I there is a great staff. However when I entered my room this time, there was a booger (for lack of a better description) on the top sheet of the bed. Also, there was a small stain that looked like blood on the inner sheets. I beleive this was a one off though because the last time I stayed here it was very clean. Besides that, I enjoyed everything else about my stay.

The room was clean but you wouldn't walk in bare feet on the carpet. The property is tired and shows, the staff much the same. It was a place to sleep for the night but not to stay.

The property is ok, the room and bathroom are a bit small compaired to other locations i've stayed at. Overall for a one or two night stay it's ok. But you had better be an early bird for the breakfast I arrived at 8:45 and there was litterally nothing left to eat.. I grabed one of three bananas.. I did notice the housekeepers (assumed) grandchildren eating and running around downstairs... not my businesss but management might want guests to eat first.....My wife got nothing and my son the other banana. I asked the front if they would be refilling but the desk says it's served between 6-9am.
