Large comfortable house
Posted Dec. 1, 2021 on HomeAwayLovely house in a great location. The photos don't do the house justice! The large kitchen/diner is a great space & there is also a very comfortable living room. The main bedroom is spacious with a very large, comfortable bed.
The property is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Southwold & the coast.
The Bell Inn is a short walk away, which is a nice, welcoming pub.
Can definitely recommend this place, as you will be guaranteed a lovely stay.

Stunning modern house in Walberswick

found with good quality comfortable furniture . The garden is safe and perfect for little ones . Near the beach and shops . Perfect .

Very convenient quiet location

Excellent accommodation
Posted Oct. 23, 2020 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was very clean and very warm. We had no need to use the log burner. Very well stocked kitchen if the need to cook is necessary. Two lovely pubs in the area but unfortunately could only book to eat out on one of our 3 nights and they were booked till end of October so if you fancy eating out, would be best to book in advance of your stay. Lovely little village and not to far from Southwold. We used the little boat (ferry!!) once to get there and then walked into the town. Same again if you want to eat out best to book in advance. The Sole Bay pub near the Lighthouse is a walk in pub and had tables when we arrived. Also had a lovely meal. Would definitely use this property again if wising to stay in the area. Was lovely and quiet. Thank you for letting us stay.

Posted Oct. 11, 2020 on HomeAwayWe have just returned from a wonderful few days in Walberswick. The house was just what we needed - well equipped, clean and spacious.
The location was great too - a stone's throw from The Anchor pub as well as a great little deli. Our daughter especially enjoyed the ice cream from the shop on the green!
The owners were very helpful before our stay and even left us a bottle of wine in the fridge!

Excellent location and facilities.
Posted Nov. 4, 2018 on HomeAwayApart from an unfortunate breakdown in communications which meant the house wasn't cleaned or beds made up on our arrival we enjoyed a fantastic and revitalising break.The house is almost new and this is reflected in the facilities.Beds were very comfortable and while there were only the two of us the lounge and kitchen diner are plenty bid enough to suit a larger party.By way of constructive criticism I would mention that we were unable to obtain better than a tepid shower.The location of the property is ideal.Walberswick is an absolute gem of a place to wander and relax with an almost endless beach and super walks.Very good for stress relief.We would certainly stay again!

Thank you for your review. We apologies that communications broke down between us and our cleaners and the house was not to the standard we would normally expect.
With regard to the shower there is a safety mechanism to prevent it going over 45C which can be overridden by pushing the red button on the temperature control.
We look forward to having you stay again.
