Nous tenions à remercier l’hôtel car nous avions eu un souci lors de notre premier séjour et ils ont parfaitement rattrapé le deuxième sejour et nous avons apprécié leur attention lors de celui-ci. La chambre était parfaite et nous avons passé un agréable sejour. Encore merci.

Nous avons choisi la chaîne radisson blu car nous avons déjà séjourné dans leur hôtel et n’avions jamais été déçu. Nous séjournons dans la chambre 320 qui est très bien (équipements etc…) mais a un gros problème de remontée d’odeur via la canalisation. Nous avons informé la réception qui nous informe ne rien pourvoir faire… (changer de chambre aurait été un début mais soit…) Nous sommes très déçus car cela cache notre séjour.

We are terribly sorry to hear that you did not have a satisfactory experience while visiting our hotel and problem with odors.Unfortunately, we could not offer another room, but our housekeeping staff did their best to resolved the problem in a short time. I am very sorry that we did not manage to meet your expectations during your stay with us and I understand how frustrated you must feel. I want to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and I hope that our complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite and complimentary breakfast on the first morning on your current stay will make your stay comfortable and that we manage to provide you the service you expect. It is wonderful for us to have you here.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. It is conveniently located for anyone visiting Reykjavik. The property was very inconsistent with its lobby coffee service. It was not always available when its coffee shop was closed so if you had early morning activities you were sometimes out of luck. The rooms had no facial tissues or washcloths and the toilet paper was cheap. Some days the front desk help was downright rude and not helpful while other days they were great.

Nonetheless, we would like to offer our sincere apologies for any inconveniences encountered during your stay. I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with our Front Office services. Coffee service, as we call it Grab and Go breakfast, is available in the early morning until 7AM. Since breakfast is served from 7AM. The purpose of the Grab and Go service is to offer refreshments for guests leaving before breakfast and not to fill the gap until the coffee shop opens. It's always a top priority to exceed our guests’ expectations and hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back at the Radisson Blu 1919 Hotel for your next trip to Reykjavik and provide you the service you expect.
