The property is very central. It has great facilities and lots of space and has underground parking.

Parking garage was very convenient but be prepared for the expense of parking. This is all around Iceland so no escaping this cost.
Apartment was very nice and modern. Had everything we needed for cooking and washing clothes and dishes.

Apartment was beautiful and very clean! A good base in Reykjavík especially if you are out most of the time. Only suggestion would be to make it clearer that if using the underground parking garage, you must pay each and every time you exit. From the property guide it seemed as if you pay at the end of your entire trip

The Sif apartments are really centrally located for Reykjavík points of interest. All are within walking distance, but the location is also very quiet.
There are grocery stores nearby which offsets the high prices in Iceland.
The apartments are clean, spacious and really well equipped. The washer dryer is especially useful as it means you can pack fewer clothes and get anything dry that falls victim to the Icelandic weather!

Great stay at Sif Aprtments
Posted Feb. 15, 2024 on HotelsWe had a fantastic stay at Sif Apartments in Reykjavik. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our 2 teenage boys. The apartment was really clean and well laid out and kitchen well equipped. Having 2 bathrooms was really handy. The covered balcony was a really nice touch. It was within walking distance to the city centre and about a minute walk to bus stop 12 for most tour pickups. It was quiet in the neighbourhood so nice and quiet.
The communication was excellent throughout and we knew exactly what we needed to do. There are grocery shops close by so we cooked most nights and made sandwiches for the day to try and shield ourselves from the prices
We had a car which we parked in the underground car park. This was probably the only negative it’s quite expensive and the parking app pretty rubbish along with the pay machine. It scans your number plate on entry but when you leave you still have to put in your entry time. It was all a little weird and easy to get wrong. It is an underground car park though so protected from the elements! Overall a very positive experience and we will definitely stay again if in Reykjavík. Plus we saw the Northern Lights which was a massive bonus!

Really clean and quiet - close to a bunch of stuff, walking distance in the summer, not so much the winter.
