The room was clean. I wish I had a small refrigerator but it was not a big issue. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance of the main area of the city and close to bus stops. The breakfast included in the booking was also good quality and very helpful to start the day before a long tour each day. I'm willing to use this hotel again if I get to revisit Iceland in the future!

I found the staff extremely helpful. They brought me an extra pillow, iron and even a wine glass to the room. They had knowledge about whether the trips were going ahead. Breakfast was very good, my husband is a meat eater and enjoyed it a lot.

The Skuggi Hotel is ideally located in Reykjavik, with the Cathedral, City Centree and the Seafront being within walking distance. The Hotel itself was clean & smart, the bed was very comfy, and plenty of choice for breakfast. I would definetly stay at this Hotel again in the future.

The location was close to many restaurants and central enough. The hotel itself was nice and the only thing that I didn’t like was the soundproofing. You can hear the cars late at night even on the third floor.
