I never got my check in information 24 hours before my stay. I got off my plane and headed straight there and contacted the hotel numerous times. I got my check in information at 430 am. By that timeI was sleeping in my car. The only email.i recieved said that there are no refumds. I tried to co tact hotels.com and all they do is put you through to the hotelthar doesnt respond. The whole situation is very upsetting.

Our automated system tracks email activity, and it indicates that these messages were opened. This hotel was ABSOLUTELY fabulous, loved everything about it. The property is stunning and the BEST of locations, the staff was wonderful and truly went above ans beyond. Loved our stay, thank you!

Great apartment hotel in the centre of Reykjavik close to transport, restaurants and attractions. Really appreciated being given early check-in on our second stay and the can-do attitude of the front desk staff of the Center Hotel.

Took a long time for reception to make the touchpad lock work. Also parking can’t be reserved which makes it a total lottery and difficult to know whether to plan an alternative.
