Our second visit to Mitsis Alila, 3 years apart. As expected the staff, hotel, dining options, pool area, beach accessibility and as it was all inclusive the food options were really top class.Avi and the restaurant/ bar staff get a special mention for their patience and how they take care of their customers. Definitely a place we will go back to.

Overall the hotel was excellent although the bedroom’s required touching up.The staff in particular Natasha (Concierge) was delightful and extremely helpful.The reception are welcoming and very accommodating.The live evening entertainment was fabulous in particular the entertainment on Tuesday evening’s with the lady violinist.Thank you for a fabulous holiday and my family and I certainly recommend Mitsis Alila.

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Selection Alila.. Everything was absolutely amazing.. We were taken very good care of as soon as we arrived. Endless amount of food and drinks and the staff were fantastic.. I would definitely be visiting again and would definitely recommend this place. The rooms and facilities were top quality. I can't wait to visit again. The island on a hold is pretty spectacular.

Great hotel
Superb hotel. Service, food, cleanliness. One gripe and slightly big one was the room. I didn’t realise I was booking a single room for 2 people. By virtue of the name and given the fact that on the hotel website it states a single room is for 1 person why are hotels.com selling it as accommodation for 2 adults? This is somewhat misleading and frustrating. Take care when booking. The hotel itself is ace and would recommend it.

Mitsis Alila is a beautiful hotel that we keep returning to year after year. From the minute we get out of the taxi, we feel like we are returning to our Greek home & seeing friends & family. Everything about the hotel is outstanding, from the decor, cleanliness, food & entertainment. All members of staff go above & beyond to make sure your holiday is memorable. Special mention to Pantalis for the wonderful service on the beach, Christina in the Ouzeri, Magda & Evie for being so attentive in looking after us & Vitalia in guest relations for promptly & professionally dealing with any requests. Lastly, its always a pleasure seeing George (old) at breakfast & lunch & hearing all about his family & his daughters forthcoming wedding. This is the only hotel we keep returning to year after year & will continue to do so. Massive thanks to all at The Alila & we look forward to seeing you again next year.
