Hotel agréable

Great hotel with some nice restaurants close by. Good choice between Umhlanga and St Lucia if touring.

Bad night with Club next door
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe wifi password in the room did not work, we were given 1 bath towel for 2 if us. We did not sleep at all as the room was not soundproof and we listened to the loud club music until the Club closed early hours. Sound proofing needs to be attended to. There were mussel shells left on an ornament in the room from someone having eaten their meal, leaving shells on the ornament and they were not cleared away. Balcony is covered in water puddles so could not use it. Hotel staff everywhere are friendly and helpful just the loud noise making it impossible to sleep and a few cleanliness pointers bring everything down unfortunately

The hotel was very clean and everyone was very kind and helpful. The only issue we had is that we were double billed since when we checked in they said we did not pay via Expedia. Working with my credit card company to get reimbursed.

Nice property. There was not much to do in the area. This could possibly be different in summer vs winter.
