Hôtel médiocre, à la réputation surfaite
Publié le 26 déc. 2016 sur HotelsHôtel à éviter, qui confirme la mauvaise impression qu'on a dès l'arrivée au parking, jonché d'ordures et de déchets, une honte. La chambre est dépourvue de toute facilité ( pas de frigidaire, pas de micro ondes, aucune bouteille d'eau à disposition....), la notre ne correspondait pas à notre réservation, et était en outre bruyante, d'autant qu'elle était proche de la piscine. Enfin, le petit déjeuner coûte 10 euros par personne celui met le prix de la chambre à 100 euros tout de même et elle est loin de les valoir. On ne s'y arrêtera plus jamais.

The staff was so welcoming and the security guy offered to wash my car. Very quiet place and accommodates all age groups

Staff were really friendly and other guests. Great location, decent price. I would definitely book again if I was ever in the area. It was very close to the airport/shopping malls.

Terrible Room
Publié le 16 sept. 2020 sur HotelsMy client complained as it wasn't the first time he stayed at this guest house. Both times the rooms were terrible. He said the room he received this time was better but there was a bad smell coming from the shower that he had to sleep with the windows open.
He informed the management but the attitude was that nothing would be done about it.

I do apologies for the unfortunate incident your client experienced and we do try to make sure our guests enjoy their stay. I do constantly communicate with the guests and I was not made aware of the situation or I would have taken action and offered the guest another room. We are not perfect and we will slip up from time to time but with your feedback we can prevent this from happening. Kind regards

Overall, a pleasant place to stay,
Publié le 18 déc. 2018 sur HotelsVery pleasant host and staff. Area is more industrial than anticipated but great beach, harbour and golf course.
Air con needs to be more efficient for those not used to the humidity and a lick of paint wouldn’t go amiss, together with a barrier between the bathroom and the rest of the area. I guess I’m just used to UK regulations but it would be a positive step for me.

Good hotel, nice people

Pour : Spacious feel, quiet location, nice staff
Contre : Maybe find a way to ventilate it a bit. It was an exceptionally hot period while I was there, and inside it needed some flow of air.
Emplacement : It's easy driving to a good Mall with restaurants, shops and the tourist office
The lodge is in a quiet street, and has a nice setting with trees and bushes to give a country feel. It's well maintained, and there's lots of space in the lounge, kitchen, dining room
