I made a mistake and booked the no cancel reservation for the wrong date. Expedia tried to work with the hotel manager not for a refund but to move the reservation to the correct date. (neither date was a weekend) Management of hotel refused to move the reservation and of course took our money for the date we could not be there. I understand the price reflected a non cancel reservation but I did not want to cancel and get a refund. I just wanted to move it to correct date. We will not be using this Best Western Hotel in the future.

Property needs to update! No elevator, bathtub plugged, very noisy starting at 5 AM!

The cleanest motel we have encountered on our trip this week. Staff was accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to visit with. You can tell it is a family run business.
