You should see the tautness and precision of the bedsheets! Literally the best made bed I’ve ever seen. Our check in was seamless! The gentleman working was pleasant and accommodating. Almost all the hotels in Richfield are sold out tonight so I know your desk clerk was busy, but I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed at all.

Property looked to be really new. Staff was pleasant and professional. Rooms and hotel were very clean with everything in good working condition. Only issue with the property, which is something the staff can’t control, was the noise from the freeway next to the hotel. My room was on the freeway side of the hotel and the noise from the semi-truck was quite noticeable especially after the TV was turned off and it was time for bed. The hotel was not anywhere close to full so I could have easily been given a room on the ‘quiet side’ of the hotel. Bummer because everything else was great.

Hi Russell,So glad you enjoyed your stay with us, minus the freeway noise. The night of your reservation we only had 4 rooms available so an offer to be moved to the other side wouldn't have been an option. For future reference if you book a Suite, all of our Suites are away from the freeway. We look forward to seeing you again!

On the outskirts of town, no snacks dispenser, so you have to drive somewhere else to buy food or drink.

Hi Susan,We do have a vending/snack machine on the ground floor by the elevator. As for the drinks, we have a vending machine one each floor.

Very nice to stay at Holiday Inn Express as we usually choose their hotels on our journeys. They all offer the same clean, friendly service.

Property is well maintained with an informed staff. Plenty of amenities for those with time and energy. Breakfast was prompt and satisfactory. Room was quiet, large and comfortable. Second stay at this location. Outside walkable food options are limited.

Room 102 is very bad room between public restrooms and electrical room . And under outside window has an air conditioner machine whole nights running ! Terrible noisy ! A fat and lazy white lady at the front desk told me impatiently that there were no rooms to change, even though many people came to check in very late at night! This level of service really affects the image of the hotel!never will come back !

Hi Jing,I completely understand having a bad stay, but to attack a team member here is not appreciated. Next time you are in town I hope you enjoy accommodations at another hotel. You have been marked as a do not rent at my hotel via Expedia and our system.
