They let us check in early.

The breakfast had options but limited for carb conscious individuals. There was a nice area downstairs that we sat and visted with friends. Front desk attendant was great when checked in and out.

Unique hotel, especially if you like American history! Breakfast was average, very nice staff

I liked that it was quiet. Breakfast was a bust but still grateful for anything.
Our skylight leaked. And for $300 for our stay, I at least expected a discount. Especially since our suitcase was wet on the first night during the rain. The carpet stayed soggy and couldn’t lay anything in the area.
Other than that, it was a good place for us

The staff was very nice and let us check in a little early. The room was clean and nice. But there were people in the next room partying until at least 2:30 a.m. (laughing, singing, loud talking) and we didn't get any sleep until after 3:00 a.m.
The so-called breakfast was awful; cellophane-wrapped burritos that were intended for microwaving, and a microwave that didn't work! We went to McDonald's instead.

The Capital building
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HotelsMy stay was good, I loved that the place looked like the capital. It was clean and quiet. The only thing I did have a problem with my room was that the AC unit didn't work, I tried turning it on a couple times and it wouldn't turn on. My room started feeling humid and muggy. If I could keep the door open I would have since the corridor was chiller. Apart from this my kids and I enjoyed ourselves going swimming. Yeah the pool was only 5' deep and small but it was perfect for us since it was only us there. I don't think some of the other guest knew it was even there. It's hard to even know there is a pool since the door is solid the sign above it is small, you would think it was just a closed door to nothing. Also you have to ask to get the pool door open to have excess to it. The hotel also has a small Nicaraguan restaurant with great food, and bar with it too. After we ate my kids played pool while I watched them from our table. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully one day we can return and stay a bit longer.
