Made a reservation while driving from NJ to stay at Best Western Plus. Says it had an 8.8 rating which is probably correct as it looked like a nice place, but when I walked into the first room, there was a roach crawling on bed. Second room, one in the shower. Didn’t even put my bags down. I bugged outta there and decided to keep driving. Nasty. Hotel manager issued a refund for a “non-refundable” reservation through Expedia given the circumstances.
I was warned by people that many hotels in Georgia and SC were infested. I think I’ll drive through those states from now on. Girl at the front desk was excellent.

Glad to have chosen Best Western Plus Richmond Hill Inn over others in the area. Everything was spot on. Employees were very helpful and kind. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Great location, breakfast and service very nice, rooms clean and spacious. Only downside was that the elevator was out of order during our visit, and the hotel walls aren’t very soundproof. But affordable and fine for a one night visit or stopover.

Just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Told staff it would be late arrival had everything ready when I walked in.

Friendly staff and great location but few details about maintenance like wet carpet around the A/C unit and stuck shower faucet.
I'll consider coming back if the room's conditions improve
