2tea bags, one cake of soap,no body wash - hard to stretch when there are two people sharing room

Hi Sue, Sorry to hear these basic items were missing from your room, it's not good enough. However please always remember that you can come to reception at any time and let us know these are missing and we can supply you with more, rather than leaving unhappy. Easy check-in. Accommodating for late arrivals. Lovely friendly staff. Very clean, good facilities, no cable channels or microwave in room. Very comfy bed, clean, spacious, undercover parking & well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

Although our standard rooms don't have room to accommodate microwaves, our family units do have them along with a kitchenette. There is one in the community kitchen area along with other cooking facilities for guests to enjoy. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Ok for price. Cold night & Aircon was cooling only. Shower was broken, no microwave.

thank you for your review Kaye. We appreciate our guests making us aware of issues with our rooms. The renovated tap has been fixed now. The motel being built in 1996 there are no provisions for a microwave in our standard queen rooms. Our studio and family rooms do have microwaves. There is one in the community kitchen along with cooktop, grill oven, airfryer and bbq. We did have a few very cold nights. I hope the blankets in the cupboards provided warmth for you. I hope you will come back and allow us to host you again.

Very noisy due to road noise and workers coming in and out at all hours and not quietly

Morning Steve. I'm sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with us. I couldn't find a booking under your name so I'm not sure which room you were in or what date. We do have roadwork, painters and other govt teams in at present that are all on different rosters and unfortunately that does cause some noise issues with their vehicles. It just happens to be all at the same time at the moment. Most times we only have a few. We do have rooms that are away from the drivethrough and we can accommodate you in one of those if they are not already booked. I hope you give us another look as the motel is beautiful and we strive to ensure our guests have a positive experience and want to return.
