Advertisement on Vrbo suggests back patio and hot tub are part of rental but there is someone living downstairs and so those are private. I think in the instructions to the place, it suggests you can ask to use those but we didn’t see those right away so when I went back there, I surprised the tenant and her dog. That was fine cause hot tub wasn’t what I wanted anyway. Just a little misleading in the advertisement. Otherwise, a fantastic place!

Thank you for your 5 star review, Karen . I apologize for hot tub misleading information. Somehow VRBO had hot tub marked as available, however it was never my intention to advertise it. It doesn’t work and has never been part of rental. I fixed it on the listing.
We usually let people use the patio in the summer when it is easy to maintain it and we ask tenants who intend to use it to let us know so that we can prepare it . Thank you for staying with us and we glad you enjoyed the house. We hope to host you again someday.

Peaceful
Posted Oct. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayJust what I needed, quiet , peaceful, property. It’s in a settled community where you can walk for hours and see beautiful views and interesting variety of landscapes. Easy access within minutes to Freeway if wanting to travel by car and explore the Bay Area. The Host was amazing, she communicated with me from the time I booked the property, and even after we checkout. I would definitely recommend this property and would like to come again.

feels like home
Posted Jul. 17, 2023 on HomeAwaywe loved how homey this place felt. Everything you could need is provided. Quality linens and towels. Easy parking. Quiet, safe, clean neighborhood. Beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. Luckily it was pet friendly too. We always treat our stays with the upmost respect and cleanliness but sometimes hosts do not allow dogs. Our babies were able to enjoy the patio which is nice to have when wanting a little fresh air. Great stay
