We paid for a room through Expedia, but when we arrived to the property we were told that they had no rooms available.

No housecleaning

The room was fine as far as cleanliness. We did not have house cleaning though. No clean towels, trash not taken out, no coffee refill for the room, nothing. I asked when we returned in the evening. The host explained that you have to stay 3 nights to get housecleaning! So, if you are staying 2 nights, don’t put your towels on the floor assuming housecleaning will come. If I had know I would have hung our towels.

I was in the area for business. It was a very good choice and VERY convenient to where I needed to be. Would have been perfect if they had comfort height toilets. Most people are over 5'4".
