After arriving at 8:25, waited 1/2 hour for a desk clerk. No one showed. I ended up going next door to the Courtyard. I was told after 8 is late arrival, and that I needed to let them know. However, per the email i received from them: "Check in: After 3:00 PM EST on 2025-01-28. Please let us know if you plan on arriving after midnight."

Let me be honest, the place is a little dated and beat up. I stayed there 15 times in 2024 for business trips. Some of the furniture needs replacing and the carpet sometimes has holes in it. AND, it is totally clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and nice/clean. I feel welcomed and safe. They have an AMAZING FREE Breakfast with fresh hot eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, breads, muffins and danish, coffee, milk… The STAFF is absolutely amazing as well. Always there, polite and professional, solve problems immediately. They have a free shuttle from the airport that’s always there within ten minutes of my calling for it. It’s within brief walking distance if several restaurants and a convenience store. And it’s super affordable. Stay here.

The room was ok. The mattress was like sleeping on a plank of wood. The bathroom had dark spots all around the seal in tub. Definitely dated, but clean. The breakfast was very good. Nice options and it actually tasted good.

Genrrally clean. Bedroom was warm in a cold day and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable snf linens were clean and comfortable. Hotel needs upgrades. Carpet was not the cleanest and bed skirts had slme staining.
